The Committee on Agriculture & Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto two new sections designated §20-2-5k and §20-2-42aa, all relating using air rifles to hunt small game and big game, creating a Class M air rifle stamp, and providing for when the stamp is applicable and when the stamp is required.
